Adapted from Neil Labute’s play of the same name by none other than Neil Labute, Some Girl(s) is a pleasant surprise as far as recent “romantic comedies” go. I have “romantic comedies” in quotes because it’s marketed through its poster and trailer as a romantic comedy but it’s actually not very comedic nor romantic at all.

I’ve graded and ranked in this blog post the best movie theatres for film lovers in the Bay Area. The reason I say “for film lovers” is because this list is intended for moviegoers who view cinema as a serious form of art and care about things like diversity of programming and projection quality and less for general moviegoers who are fine just going to the nearest multiplex showing the latest Spider-Man movie.
